StaticPro Engineering provides a marketplace workflow for clients and engineers. It does not replace the professional responsibility, license obligations, or contractual duties of participating companies and engineers.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project data, applicable codes, specifications, deadlines, NDA requirements, and file ownership rights before requesting engineering support.

Engineers are responsible for truthful profiles, accurate experience claims, code-aware deliverables, and compliance with applicable professional, employer, and confidentiality obligations.

Admin verification confirms platform review of profile information. It is not a guarantee of future performance, licensure in every jurisdiction, or acceptance by a client authority.

Project files, proposals, messages, and deliverables must be used only for the related project. Payment, escrow, dispute, and milestone features are planned architecture unless explicitly enabled in writing.
