Engineer identity and profile details are internal to the admin-managed workflow unless explicitly published later with consent. Private contact details, certificates, CV files, uploaded project files, and internal notes are not public.

Client company data, project documents, messages, quotations, assignment details, and deliverables are restricted by authentication, role, and ownership checks.

Operational logs may contain technical events needed to diagnose registration, email, upload, or database issues. Stack traces are not intentionally shown to public visitors.

Users can request correction or deletion of account information subject to active project, compliance, dispute, and record retention needs.
