Client Service Agreement
This placeholder agreement describes the confidential admin-managed service model. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before public commercial launch.
Clients submit project information, files, deadlines, NDA requirements, and requested deliverables to StaticPro admin.
StaticPro admin reviews the scope, sends a quotation, assigns engineers internally, reviews deliverables, and releases final approved files.
Clients must not request engineer names, emails, phone numbers, prices, internal notes, or direct contact.
Payment is required before final delivery unless a written payment arrangement is approved by StaticPro.
Revision limits follow the accepted quotation and may require additional quotation if the scope changes.
Client original files remain private and are not released to engineers unless sanitized and approved by admin.
StaticPro performs a quality review process, but clients remain responsible for final project acceptance and use of deliverables under their own engineering governance.
